CHIMNEY INSPECTION AND CLEAN

I clean the top cowling of the chimne, sweep down the chimney flue, and scrape it out if needed. I then clean your firebox, remove the fire box components and clean those thoroughly. When everything is cleaned out I do an inspection of the fire and chimney. If there are any issues which could effect the safety or efficiency of your fire I will let you know what they are, and how much they would be to fix. Flat fee for clean and inspection $90.

PEST CONTROL

I specialise in the management of flies and cockroaches. For an average pest spray I cover all of your soft furnishings, and spray the ceilings, skirtings, doorways and window frames. Outside I spray the eaves, under the guttering, windows and door frames and any other identified problem areas. For an average sized, three bedroom home I charge $200 for a full inside and out spray.

HOUSE WASHING

A full and comprehensive outer house wash includes the use of a special house cleaning detergent that gently cleans the surface of your house, eaves and gutters of mould and grime. This is satisfying work seeing this service restore the look of your home. I recommend you take before and after photos to see the fantastic results you can achieve with this service.

I'm Matt Hamilton and I worked for fourteen years as a Crown Servant in Preston, United Kingdom, until a trip to Canada and a chance meeting with my now kiwi wife, led to a massive lifestyle change, and a relocation to Gisborne, New Zealand. I always regretted not training in a trade, and a change of country allowed me the freedom to learn a new skill set, and be my own boss. I bought my business from a well respected local chimney cleaner, who taught me all he knew, and I have now been operating for seven years.
